  Really nice 'special event' restaurant. Would like to go back and try the Pizzeria and beer garden. Would have liked a more 'private' setting for a 2 person table than next to 2 tables of 10 +.

  Can't say we loved the food, the view was lovely though.
  Service staff needs training on how to pour wine without spilling.
  The wine list really needs some serious improvement, could do a make over as they don't work fantastically with the food on the menu. The pinot noir we ordered tasted like water.
  We went as a group and some of us ordered pizza, which arrived 30minutes before others' mains so the timing needs some work.
  Pizza was okay, flavour wise a bit of hit and miss.
  The beef cheek was very tender but needs more flavour.
  Some of us ordered gnocchi, it came with exactly 7 pieces of gnocchi with 2 asparagus draped over them and some average cheese sauce. It costs $26 bucks. If it was all quality then okay.....but the flavour was bland and we all left feeling bit sad and robbed.
  This place had so much potential but the execution fell short.

  The events team here at the Forest Edge were so lovely to deal with. Thanks so much for having us Bev and for being so accommodating :) Couldn't recommend a venue more highly than this! What stunning views!
